WEBINAR:  How to Successfully Prepare for Grievances/Arbitrations and Other Legal Actions:  Lessons Learned

This webinar will review how to prepare for grievances and arbitrations that arise because of drug and alcohol testing. A few examples will be provided as well as some lessons learned from a variety of legal cases.


 

Dennis Kerns has more than 24 years of experience in a medical laboratory environment. He received a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Oregon Institute of Technology, and has his Medical Technologist MT(ASCP) certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathology. Dennis is a past president of the Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association and currently serves as a Commissioner for the Certification Commission for Drug and Alcohol Program Professionals.. Dennis’ experience includes some time spent in Canada—first in 1996 to initiate a partnership with a Canadian group to form CannAmm, and then again in 2005 to take on full-time employment at CannAmm.

Dennis has extensive knowledge in drug testing requirements and has worked with several companies to set up U.S. DOT, Canadian industry, and cross border "Fit for Work" programs.
